Hawkridge Farm will ensure that the grass arenas are cut and groomed and the sand arena is harrowed prior to the show.

Stabling
Cost of Stabling to Show Organiser including initial bedding - $40.00 per night/day per stall plus 7% GST
22 stables are available for use. Organizers are responsible for charging for, and collecting stable fees. Hawkridge Farm will supply the initial bedding and prepare the stalls prior to the show. The Organizer is responsible for ensuring that the stalls are cleaned out after the show and manure is stacked on the concrete manure pit supplied. Hawkridge Farm will be responsible for clearing the manure pits.

Insurance
Organizers must show proof of insurance on which "Hawkridge Farm", "Michael and Elaine Davies" and "Nenny Ltd." should be listed as additional insured with respect to your operations (show/clinic) at Hawkridge Farm. Organiser must also show proof of insurance of at least $ 2 million Comprehensive General Liability including Participants Coverage.

Garbage
Hawkridge Farm will be responsible for supplying garbage and recycling receptacles in the car parking area and around the barns and showgrounds. Organizers will be responsible for removal of garbage and maintenance of the garbage and recycling recepticles during the show. (If wished, Hawkridge Farm can arrange to have your garbage taken to the dump at a cost of 1.50 per bag)

Show Jumps/Dressage Arenas
Hawkridge Farm will supply their show jumps and dressage arenas for use. Jumps and arenas will be placed on or at the area indicated by the organizer.

Parking and Signs
Hawkridge Farm will rope off parking areas and put out signage to direct traffic appropriately on the property. The parking available includes a separate area for large (6 horse +) rigs, a large gravel surface trailer parking area, and paddock parking for cars. Two concrete manure pits plus wheelbarrows and tools will be supplied by Hawkridge Farm in the trailer parking area. Hawkridge Farm will be responsible for clearing the manure pits. The organizer will be responsible for the cleaning up the parking areas as necessary at the end of the show.
Organizers will be responsible for ensuring that the parking layout is adhered to.

Organizers will be responsible for keeping the gate that leads to Hway 15 closed at all times. This will probably entail having a full time gate person to open and close for trailers and cars entering and leaving the showground.

Water
Water troughs will be set up around the parking area. Hawkridge Farm will be responsible for ensuring that the water troughs are refilled as necessary. The stable area is supplied with numerous taps at set at regular intervals on both sides of the barn and four washracks with hot and cold water.

Washroom facilities
There are washrooms at the barn for the use of those using the show stabling only. Hawkridge Farm will clean and stock these prior to the show. Organizers are responsible for supplying washroom facilities for the showgrounds and parking areas as necessary.
